What We Have Learned from the Space Station and Solar Energy

The twenty-first century has seen many amazing technological advances, some of which are so exciting and innovative that they feel like a dream. One such innovation is the global positioning system (GPS). GPS, which is fully integrated in almost all smartphones, works in much the same way as your car’s compass. When you move your phone around, it will tell you the direction you’re facing. Without getting too technical, the space station also plays a huge role in our lives. Launching the space age was a tremendous feat, and many people feel that it has changed our world forever. One of the greatest innovations of the space station is the ability to generate clean, renewable energy. Weightless

We can use the lessons from the past to prevent dangerous climate change, and we can also use them to develop more environmentally conscious ways of living.
